These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the recruitment platform PWIJobs (www.pwi.ro), operated by [COMPANY NAME / PWIJobs], and define the relationship between the Platform and its users:

  • Jobseekers from South Asia

  • Employers based in Romania

  • Authorized Recruitment Agencies

  • And PWIJobs, as platform owner and service provider


1. About PWIJobs

PWIJobs is a specialized digital platform created to connect international workers from South Asia (Nepal, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan) with Romanian companies in need of qualified, motivated, and loyal employees.

We also offer digital tools and a structured environment for authorized recruitment agencies that wish to collaborate legally and efficiently with Romanian employers.

Our mission is to ensure transparent, well-organized, and trustworthy recruitment processes with strong ethical standards and full traceability.


2. Platform Access and Account Creation

To use the platform, all users must register and create an account based on their role:

  • Jobseekers register with personal details and work history.

  • Employers register company details and publish job listings.

  • Agencies must provide valid legal registration and be pre-approved by the PWIJobs team.

Users must ensure all provided information is accurate, truthful, and up to date. PWIJobs reserves the right to request additional verification at any time.


3. Right to Refuse or Remove Access

To protect the integrity and security of our platform, PWIJobs reserves the full right to suspend, block or permanently remove any user (jobseeker, employer, or agency) based on:

  • Suspected fraud or misinformation

  • Incomplete or fake documentation

  • Abusive or discriminatory behavior

  • Attempts to circumvent or misuse platform processes

  • Violations of local or international labor law

We reserve the right to select with whom we work. We may deny access or collaboration with any individual or entity without having to offer justification.


4. User Responsibilities

A. Jobseekers:

  • Must provide real and accurate CV data

  • Must pay the symbolic activation fee to make their profile visible and to apply for jobs

  • Must comply with interview processes and employer expectations

  • Understand that applying for a job does not guarantee hiring or visa issuance

B. Employers:

  • Must post real, legal, and ethical job opportunities

  • Are responsible for the legal treatment of employees after recruitment

  • Must not charge jobseekers fees or misuse personal information

C. Agencies:

  • Must be licensed and have a written agreement with PWIJobs

  • Are responsible for the legitimacy of candidates submitted via the platform

  • Must follow ethical and legal recruitment standards


5. Fees and Paid Services

A. For Jobseekers:

  • PWIJobs is free to register, but a symbolic one-time fee is required to:

    • Make the candidate’s profile visible to employers

    • Unlock the ability to apply to jobs

    • Filter out fake or inactive profiles

This fee is clearly presented before payment and is non-refundable.

B. For Employers and Agencies:

  • Platform access may include free and paid options

  • Additional services (candidate sourcing, documentation, relocation, onboarding) are available by custom contract or subscription

  • Fees are communicated transparently and must be paid as agreed


6. Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR)

PWIJobs respects your data.
All user data is stored securely, and its use is limited strictly to recruitment-related processes.

We will never sell or misuse personal information.
Each user has the right to:

  • Access their data

  • Correct or update their information

  • Request data deletion (subject to legal compliance)

7. Limitation of Liability

PWIJobs serves as an intermediary platform only. We:

  • Do not guarantee job placement or visa approval

  • Are not responsible for any delays, actions, or contracts between employers and jobseekers

  • Do not assume legal responsibility for the employment relationship after hiring

Users are responsible for complying with applicable national and international labor laws.


8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically, for clarity or legal compliance.
If we make significant changes, users will be notified via email or platform messages.
Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated version.
